    Paul Kadri is a distinguished school administrator with two decades of experience in public education. In his most recent position, he served as Superintendent of Schools at Groton Public Schools. There, Paul Kadri managed a school district of more than 5,000 students in 11 schools.

    In total, Paul Kadri has served as a senior administrator in five districts throughout the Eastern United States. Paul Kadri also worked with the College of New Jersey as an adjunct professor from 1999-2008.

    During the early 1990s, Paul Kadri first discovered his love of education. He would develop an advanced graduate program at the University of Pennsylvania that combined education and management theory. As a model for all public schools, he created a structure in which teachers and administrators could improve student success rates while following a sustainable budget.

    In 1997, Paul Kadri began his career in public education with Newark Public Schools in Newark, New Jersey. He utilized his past experience in engineering as a way to understand and implement systems necessary for daily operations. Paul Kadri was widely praised for his creative and innovative approach of encouraging student achievement while upholding fiscal sustainability. The framework that he developed through his research has proven highly effective in several types of school districts.

    In the opinion of Paul Kadri, the best methodology to improve student achievement is focused upon understanding and addressing the specific individual needs of each student. He has successfully implemented his methodology in several school districts by optimizing the district’s use of information, resources/money and time.

    Paul Kadri is currently in the process of forming a third scholarship at Johns Hopkins University, with preference given to student graduates of districts where he has worked. He also sits on the Engineering School’s National Advisory Board.
